值此2001年中国国际现场总线与工业流程控制展览会暨技术交流会开幕之际，谨代表中 国机械工业联合会致以热烈祝贺！
　　 现场总线技术是八十年代国际自动化控制领域出现的一项崭新的革命性技术，集国际先 进多种科技成果：网络技术、通讯技术、计算机技术、智能化现场仪表、控制装置之成，组 成双向、串行、数字化的开放式自动控制系统。近年来在国际国内得到了快速的发展和应用 ，使传统的工业自动化现场控制装置及系统发生重大变化，为石化、电力、冶金、能源、环 保、建材、楼宇管理及机械制造等行业提供快速、先进、可靠的控制系统和创造较好的经济 效益。

　　我国现场总线技术经过"九五"科技攻关，已经具备了一定的基础和实力，产业化条件 基本形成，但与国际先进水平还有较大差距。希望通过本次展览会，学习、借鉴国际现场总 线的先进技术，提高自主开发能力，为振兴机械、汽车工业做出更大的贡献。 预祝大会圆满成功，取得丰硕成果。

　　 At time of opening of the "'2001 China International Fieldbus & Indus trial Proce ss Control Exhibition & Technical Exchange Conference" I on behalf of China Mach inery Industry Federation to extend my warm congratulations!
 Fieldbus technology is a revolutionary technology emerged in 1980's of internati onal automation control fields. It concentrates various kinds of international a dvanced achievement of scientific and technological results such as network tech nology, communication technology, computer technology, smart field instruments, control devices to make a dual directional, serial processing and digitized open circuit automatic control system so as to gain quick speed development and appl ication in recent years to make great change for traditional industrial automati on's field control device and system because it provides rapid, advanced and rel iable control system and also creates better economic benefit and efficiency for petroleumchemistry, power, metallurgy, energy, environmental protection, arch itectural materials, building management as well as for machine building industr y etc.
 China's fieldbus technology through the "Ninth Five Year Plan" to overcome scie n tific and technological difficulties has owned certain basis and strength. Chine se fieldbuswidening condition has basically formed but it still is of comparat i vely bigger distance behind the international advanced level. We hope through th is Exhibition to learn and absorb international fieldbus advanced technology to raise up our selfdeveloping ability for greater contribution to invigorate Chi nese machinery and automotive industries.
