Main Responsibilities: • Respond customer’s inquires on products, pricing, lead time and other business related points through telephone, fax or email. • Indoor technical support to customers • Quote properly against pricing list and pricing rule; Contact division for non-standard products quotation. • Coordination with sales team for quotation following up. • Assist field sales for bidding documentation for big projects • Build up and maintain outsourcing capability when necessary • Provide proper customer profile for new customer • Provide any range of reporting and administrative activities if needed.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in process automation, instrumentation, electrical engineering or a related field is required. • Good coordinating ability and good team worker • Possess customer service concept, good sense of responsibility, urgency and ownership • Willing to work under press • Good analytical and problem solving skills and written/verbal communication skills. • Good at using Excel, Word, Outlook etc. • Fluent in oral and written English |
