Position Summary:
Position is responsible for technically assisting RA Integrated Condition Monitoring Area Manger to promote Integrated Condition Monitoring products and solutions in the region. Represent the company to the customer, as well as the customer to the company, in all pre-sales and marketing-oriented activities around ICM product and service offerings. Position is required to be knowledgeable of company products/services with specific emphasis on ICM and integration to RA control system architecture. Apply knowledge of ICM products in specific focused industry applications to generate product, service, and system solutions revenue. This includes but not limited to technical support in both pre and post sales, proposal generation for product, services and systems, architecture and solution configurations, presentations at industry, company and technical seminars or roadshows, and developing demos and other marketing collateral.
Education And Experience Requirements:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, other related technical field, or equivalent related experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Person should have a minimum of two years of related application technical experience (i.e. Vibration, Balancing, etc.).
Functional Expertise and Interpersonal Skills:
• Knowledge and skills of balancing and alignment of machinery.
• Technical report writing skills which summarize and detail machine diagnosis.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of RA Integrated Condition Monitoring product offerings and current support policies.
• Attend training sessions when offered.
• Well organized, takes initiative, responsible for quality pre-sales support, good customer communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Understand and utilize computers. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Windows and Office for reporting. Assist customers in corrections to computer related problems.
• Skills and utilization of ancillary technologies i.e. oil analysis, ultra-sonic, thermograph, laser alignment, and balancing.
• Up to 60-80% travel – mainly in China but other countries are possible.
• Visit manufacturing plants in varying temperatures, climates and industries.
