On the AARP gift cards, many cruise lines do not pay agency commission. So if an agency is accepting the cards, they lose the commission on the gift card portion. They accept the gift cards to keep the client and make some money. That's what prompted my initial post (231) on this thread a few days later. It has been enlightening.Please help with any information.
